Mastering Hind Legs Trimming in Three Steps

Step 1: Shaping the Rear Leg’s Backside with a Semi-Circle

1. Start at the upper third of the hind leg.
2. Tilt the grooming shears outward naturally to follow the leg’s contour. Connect the outer side of the leg smoothly to the dog’s body, creating a natural transition.
   
3. Rotate your wrist gently to create a flowing, semi-circular cut that extends down to the hock joint (just above the ankle).
