Free Shipping

Customers will enjoy free shipping for the orders over $200 USD to USA and Canada. Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the contiguous 48 states of United States and excludes: Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and military and air force bases.

If you qualify for free shipping, you will see the "free shipping” option on the checkout page. Please refer to the final amount and the result shown on the checkout page to confirm that your order includes free shipping.

Wholesale Discount - 20% off select products

To qualify for wholesale account you will need to fulfill the following requirements:

For new customers:

• Spend more than $200 USD before shipping in 1 order
• Place 3 or more orders within 1 year to maintain wholesale status

For existing customers with wholesale accounts:

• Place 3 or more orders within 1 year totaling $200 USD or more before shipping to maintain wholesale status

When the requirements are fulfilled you will be eligible for the wholesale account. We will upgrade your account and you will enjoy the wholesale discount (20% off) in your future orders for individual items. 

Please note:

This discount excludes: Value Packs, Model Dogs, Grooming Tools (tools, shears, combs, and bathing machines), and Books.

How to Use the Wholesale Discount

1. Log in to your account

2. Add the items to your cart

3. Go to your shopping cart, then to the checkout page. You will see that the discount has been automatically applied

Why is my discount not working?

These are some of the reasons why the discount is not working, please double-check and make sure that:

• Your account is activated

• You are logged into your account

• You are checking out from the shopping cart page, and not the shopping cart drawer or the "buy now" button.

• You are not using third-party apps to checkout.

Note

Customers will not be able to enter a code if an automatic discount is already applied at checkout. For example, if you are already enjoy the wholesale account discount, you won't able to use any other code when checkout. Only one discount can be applied at a time.
