STEP 1:  Test the semi-permanent pet hair dye on a small patch of the cat's fur first to ensure that they do not have any allergic reactions to it.

STEP 2:  Thoroughly wash and dry your cat's fur before applying the dye. For best color results, apply to a clean coat.

STEP 3:  Wear gloves and shake well before opening the bottle.

STEP 4:  Apply the dye onto the coat in a thin layer, apply evenly using a brush or fingers.

STEP 5:  Leave the dye on for the recommended time, as per the instructions on the product packaging. In this case the dye was leave on for 20-30 minutes.

STEP 6:  Rinse the dye off thoroughly with warm water, rinse well until the water runs clear ensuring that no residue is left behind. Use conditioner and rinse off.

STEP 7:  Dry the cat's fur with a towel and use a blow dryer on a low heat setting to dry it completely.

STEP 8:  Monitor the cat for any signs of discomfort, skin irritation, or allergic reactions after dyeing.

It's important to note that while these dyes are considered safe for cats, some cats may have allergic reactions. Always do a patch test first and consult with a professional groomer or veterinarian before using any kind of cat hair dye.
