We are pleased to offer new customers of the OPAWZ Professional Sharpening Service their first sharpening (valued at $19.99) for free.

This offer only applies to shears purchased from OPAWZ from July 2023 and onward.

Please review the following details of the service:

1. To waive the first-time service fee, please contact customercare@opawz.com with the subject line “OPAWZ Sharpening Service” and include your order number. In the email, please indicate the shears you wish to use the service for and provide basic information about the shear(s) you want to send, such as any prior damage.
   
   
2. Upon receiving a confirmation email from OPAWZ, customers can proceed to send the shear(s) to us. Please follow our video instructions for proper packaging to ensure the shear(s) are not damaged during transportation. Provide us with the tracking number and link for shipment. The customer is responsible for the shipping fee. We also accept in-person drop-offs of the shears for customers in the Greater Toronto Area.
   
   
3. Once OPAWZ receives the shear(s), we will evaluate their condition and provide detailed information for each shear. If it is not the first-time free service, we will send the customer a new quote for sharpening.
   
   
4. After completing the sharpening service, OPAWZ will ship the package back to the customer and provide the tracking number and link. The shipping fee will be covered by OPAWZ.
