This year’s Christmas grooming contest was judged by Cindy Copeland Oliver, the OPAWZ Creative Grooming Educator and an award-winning groomer, mentor, and educator celebrated for her innovative artistry at The Rollin’ Dog House. With over a decade of dog grooming experience, Cindy brought a discerning eye and a deep passion for creativity to the judging table, thoughtfully evaluating each entry for technical excellence, originality, and creative expression.
