OPAWZ Lightening Cream FAQ

Q: Lightening effect was not as good as expected, or color dye result after lightening was not as bright as planned.

A: After communicating thoroughly with our clients here’s what you should do if you encountered any of the issues stated above.

Very dirty dog coats should be shampooed thoroughly, especially the area of ear and tail.

For thick and long-haired areas such as the ear, a mixture of lightening cream and developer should be applied layer after layer and rub in completely with the glove.

After bleaching, make sure to shampoo the dog with OPAWZ Deep Cleanse Shampoo, let it stay for 5 minutes then rinse thoroughly. This not only helps protect the dog's coat but also it will rinse off any excess oil from the lightening cream to provide a better result when coloring.

Tips for first-time users

We suggest them to experience the products on a small patch of the coat. The large area of bleaching shall be operated by a professional groomer.

While applying lightening cream, avoid direct contact with skin, especially sensitive areas such as the ears and tail. If you're applying permanent hair dye after bleaching it's better to wait a week before doing so.

Orlando – We do not recommend using this product on pregnant dogs.

Yvonne – The hair would have to grow out to return to its natural color. It is the same as if you lightened your own hair.

Does the hair where the lightener and developer is put return to normal color? Or does the hair have to grow out to its normal coloring
